  • Housekeeping Assistant - Weekday Evenings

    If you enjoy being active in your job, have amazing attention to detail and are looking to work nights, then this position could be perfect for you. This is not your ordinary housekeeping role, you will be ensuring that our state of the art facilities are kept up to our extremely high standards, working in operating theatres, labs and patients rooms preparing them for our patients and colleagues.
    This is a part time position working 15 hours per week, Monday to Friday 7PM - 10PM.

  • BANK Staff Nurse

    KIMS Hospital are currently recruiting for more BANK staff nurses, we have a variety of roles working on Wards, Outpatients and day-care. If you want to work on a full time, part time or weekend basis we could have the flexibility to meet your needs.
    We require Staff Nurses with experience within either a surgical or medical setting. Being a Bank worker is a great way to be part of the KIMS team whilst maintaining flexibility around family, studies, other work or commitments as well as to earn an extra income. Our Bank workers are offered work on an ad hoc basis during busy periods, times of annual leave or other absence or where there is an increased demand for a skill set.

  • Chef de Partie

    At KIMS Hospital our high standards of care don’t just fall down to our nursing staff, it is something we live and breathe in every department, catering being no exception. The team work incredibly hard to ensure that our patients and staff have the highest quality, nutritious and flavoursome food when they are at the hospital.
    We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join our growing team and provide a support service to the Head Chef. This is a full time position, working 37.5 hours per week. Our catering service operate 7 days a week and work shifts of either 7am-3pm, 12pm-8pm or 7am-7pm.

  • Nuclear Medicine Lead Technician/Radiographer

    As the Nuclear Medicine Lead Technician/Radiographer, you will utilise your expert knowledge in Nuclear Medicine to oversee the activities within the department, taking responsibility for ensuring an effective, safe and patient centred service. You will be responsible for the management of activities, resources and staff within the department as well as involvement in other areas of the Imaging & Diagnostics team, working together with the other Modality Leads to run an overall functional and efficient service.

  • Night Housekeeper

  • Hand Therapist - 8 hours per week

    Our physical Therapy department is growing, and we’re looking to add to our multi-skilled team. In the role of Specialist Hand Therapist you will carry out advanced hand therapy services to patients with complex presentations, specifically post orthopaedic procedures. You will work alongside the existing team in championing healthcare at its best, delivering an exceptional service to patients at all times.
    This is a part time position, working up 8 hours per week. Hours and days can be flexible.

  • Staff Nurse - Wards

    Reporting to the Ward Sister your role will be to assist in the day to day running of the ward; assessing, planning and delivering care based on individual patient and visitor needs. Working in the first tertiary level Hospital in Kent you will provide care for a variety of medical and surgical patients. Our specialities include major orthopaedic surgery, neurosurgery, cardiology and cardiac care, spinal surgery, gynaecology, breast care and cancer care. You will be responsible for the delivery of excellent patient and visitor care, ensuring consistently high standards of patient experience, interaction and communication and the delivery of a high standard of clinical care.
    For this role we will consider part time hours as well as permanent Night working.

  • Theatre Practioner

    As a Theatre Practitioner/ODP, your role will be to work as part of a team to ensure a high standard of clinical care and safety is delivered to patients within the theatre unit of the first private tertiary level hospital in Kent. This may include working as an anaesthetic, scrub or recovery practitioner assisting with a wide range of surgical specialities including: Orthopaedics, General Surgery, Plastics, Gynaecology, Urology and Cardiac. You will champion patient experience during the peri-operative phase and ensure consistently high standards of patient care, interaction and communication at all times.

  • BANK Cardiac Physiologist

    As BANK Cardiac Physiologist you will be instrumental in supporting the Cardiology team during busy periods and covering holidays and sickness. Reporting directly to the Cardiac Respiratory Lead you will be responsible for coordinating inpatient and outpatient services for the cardiac interventional suite and the outpatient’s diagnostic cardiorespiratory department.

  • BANK Physiotherapist

    Reporting to the Physiotherapy Manager, we are currently looking to recruit enthusiastic, dynamic and motivated individuals to join the bank for both weekday and weekend work at KIMS hospital, working as and when required to cover additional workloads. We are looking for individuals to cover inpatient and/or outpatient post-surgical rehabilitation. We manage a variety of elective orthopaedic and neurosurgery as well as some general and gynaecological surgery cases for privately funded and NHS patients. The hospital also has a medical admissions service which requires physiotherapy input including basic respiratory and rehabilitation skills.
