KIMS Hospital offers patients easy access to inpatient surgery, day surgery, minor treatment, outpatient and diagnostic facilities, including MRI and CT scanners, as well as a Physical Therapy department.
It is the only private hospital in Kent with level 1 and 2 critical care facilities for planned elective surgery.
There are two ways patients can access care at KIMS Hospital:
Whether the patient is insured or has decided to pay for themselves, you can use our online form to refer. Alternatively, if you would prefer to refer by fax or post please use the details below, including the following information:
- Whether the referral is for a private health insurance or self-pay patient
- That patient has requested KIMS Hospital
- The contact details for the patient including name, address, telephone details and date of birth.

As well as seeing patients with medical insurance and those who pay for themselves, KIMS Hospital now offers services to NHS patients through the e-Referral system.
The treatments covered under the e-Referral system are:
- ENT (excluding audiology)
- General Surgery
- Ophthalmology (cataracts only)
- Pain management
