This award recognises market insight, outstanding service and achievement by a UK in-house recruitment team. KIMS Hospital beat large national companies such as House of Fraser to be named winner at the awards ceremony.

Recruitment at KIMS Hospital was only brought in-house about 18 months ago and in that time the team have; reduced agency spend by 62% creating an efficient system for bank staff, increased their online presence through innovative social media campaigns to attract potential new members of the team, focused on the candidate experience across all levels of the hospital and increased staff retention by employing staff not only for their skills and experience but also how well they fit with the values of the hospital and its current staff.
